Ellen DeGeneres And Partner Split
She was wise not repeat the Anne Heche fiasco, by keep this relationship out of the limelight. At least she can heal without having the press all over this one.
It's splitsville for TV talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and her girlfriend, photographer-director Alexandra Hedison.A source close to the couple told People magazine that Hedison moved out of DeGeneres' home last month, ending their four-year relationship.
"It's difficult for both of them and very sad," said the source. "They were a private couple, and they hope they can separate privately."
DeGeneres, 46, and Hedison, 35, the daughter of soap opera actor David Hedison, met through mutual friends in 2000. They had been sharing a Hollywood Hills home with their two cats and a puppy, People said. [Daily Dish]
