Gay Cleansing False Arrest Suit in Florida
[morons.org] Claude Lessard filed suit against the FDEP and its officer David Pius for false arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. The lawsuit said that Lessard overheard Pius say "he was going to 'clean the park up and make it a family park again,' giving Lessard a well-founded belief that he was being targeted due to his sexual orientation.
